Classroom Response Systems: Prezi

  1. I really like the use of the technology and how the answer will be shown in green. The cool thing about this is that it gives instant feedback and shows the students how they are doing with the content. The science lesson you picked was a great lesson for this type of activity. Sometimes it was hard to read your text because of the colors but I could make out what you were saying eventually. The visuals in your prezi presentation were good and went along with your information. Good job! Your Prezi looks fantastic!

  2. Content features
Technology: Clickers are a very good idea for your lesson and a wide variety of other lessons. The graph explaining the buttons was useful and used in the proper location for the presentation. They are convenient and can determine many statistics if the teacher is wanting to assess certain items of the objectives. Being able to implement this technology into a lesson about cells is also good because it saves time on making quizzes about each small part of the different cells. With the clicker multiple questions can be asked at a single time in a variety of orders.

    Structural features:
Visuals (picture/video): There are at least two picture for each slide that the Prezi stopped on and they were each relevant to the topic. What I liked especially were the graphs of the clicker, different cells, and circle graphs. Even though we were not actually going to learn from these and just represent a lesson, you did a very good job at providing useful information on the slides for the lesson. All of the colors matched perfectly and the video was relevant. The only thing that I would have changed is going to one more part of the presentation once the video ended because it does not seem to conclude the lesson effectively compared to the rest of the slides. Aside from that, you did an excellent job with everything and it looks great.
